Please note that we use a third-party service provider to collect and process payment card information on the Services. Chandler Tactical Firearms does not directly collect or store any payment card information provided to the Services, but it may receive information associated with your payment card information (e.g., your billing details).

Depending on the Documents you upload to or create with our Services, we may collect personal information including, but not limited to, your vehicle registration, names of people you have personal or business relationships with, family members, social security number, passport number, license numbers, items you own or wish to transfer ownership of, financial matters, and personal accounts or account numbers with banks, financial institutions, merchants and vendors.

Communications with Us. We may collect personal information from you such as email address, phone number, or mailing address when you request information about our Services, sign up for our newsletter, request customer or technical support, or otherwise communicate with us

Returns/Cancellations

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund.  The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee (totaling 40%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.

 

Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:

   1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.

   2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.

   3. Firearms, once transferred to buyer.

   4. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.

 

NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

 

The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.

Used Firearms

The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such. All sales on used items are final. Photos will be provided when available. All machine guns are considered used unless otherwise noted.

 

 

General Firearms Sales

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm.

 

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

Consumer Data Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

 

The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. We store some information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information. The entire Checkout process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection.

 

The Credit Card Billing Information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your credit card transaction. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by us, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. Each transaction has a very high level of security. Your credit card details are sent directly to the payment provider over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction, nor are they stored on our server.

 

Secure Transmission

All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) featuring 128-bit encryption. A Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate creates an encrypted link between a website and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the website and the browser remains private and secure.

 

Order Fulfillment

All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

 

Online Prices & Description Errors

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

 

If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that Chandler Tactical Firearms will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

 

Ammunition Purchases

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.*

 

Civil Unrest Delays

Due to these extraordinary times, shipping from manufacturers and distributors is taking longer than usual. By purchasing online you acknowledge that in some cases items are taking up to 6 weeks to receive and rarely under 2 weeks. We apologize for these delays and look forward to the supply chain recovering so that we can deliver the level of service you have become accustomed to.

With regards to the conditions highlighted in the body of this contract below, Chandler Tactical Firearms and Customer agree as follows:

Firearms Safety Rules – kindly read, understand and ritualize.

  1. ALL firearms should be handled as loaded weapons.

  2. ONLY point your firearm at something you want to shoot.

  3. Until you are ready to shoot, keep your finger OFF the trigger.

  4. Be UNDOUBTEDLY CERTAIN of your target.

Haven carefully read all the Firearms Safety Rules; Customer is aware that use or misuse of firearms can result in injury or death.

Consignment, New, And Used Firearms

Chandler Tactical Firearms will highlight all operational methods and safety features of the firearm at the point of purchase. Purchaser (Customer) agrees to voluntarily waive the right to Chandler Tactical Firearms accountable for any injury, damage, death, or any other consequences which may result from the use or misuse of firearms purchased from Chandler Tactical Firearms.

Custom gunsmithing, modification, and repair

  1. Chandler Tactical Firearms shall carryout laser work as described in the Work Order.

  2. Chandler Tactical Firearms shall carryout gunsmithing work as described in the Work Order.

  3. By reading and signing the Release Form, the Customer understands that by the Customer's request, these changes occur, and the Customer releases Chandler Tactical Firearms (both individually and in any business form), its employees, volunteers, and any associated individuals or businesses from any liability if an accident occurs as a result of the requested changes or modifications.

  4. The Customer shall secure and release Chandler Tactical Firearms from all liability for all damages, loss, or injury to individuals or property resulting from the performance of the agreement including, without limitation, all consequential damages whether or not they result from the negligence of the Customer or Customer’s agent.

  5. Legal actions like contract law, tort law, or criminal law, which includes an action for declaratory relief is brought for enforcement or interpretation of the provisions of this contract, or a suit of liability; then the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees from the other party. These fees which will be set by the court in the same action or in a separate action brought for that purpose, are in addition to any other relief to which the prevailing party will be entitled to.

  6. This agreement takes priority over all other agreements (oral or written) between the Customer and Chandler Tactical Firearms, with regards to the subject of this contract. This contract contains all of the agreements between the parties with regards to the gunsmithing work—in line with the Work Order. All the parties to this contract affirm that no representations, promises, agreements or inducements have been made on behalf of or by any party, except those agreements embodied in this contract. Any statement, agreement, or promise that is not contained in this contract shall not be binding or valid.

  7. In line with, and in accordance with the laws of the State of California, the validity of this contract statement and any of its terms or provisions, as well as the rights and duties of the parties involved shall be construed if any term of this agreement is declared void or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the valid terms of this contract shall remain in full active and will not be affected.

  8. The Customer admits that; the quality, strength, use, manufacturing defects, misuse, and past history of their firearm(s) and ammunition are unknown to Chandler Tactical Firearms; therefore until the ammunition and firearm(s) are carefully vetted for safety and stated (in writing) by Chandler Tactical Firearms to be compatible and safe with each other, the Customer, and only the Customer bears full responsibility for their own safety when using this or any firearm.

  9. The Customer admits having requested of Chandler Tactical Firearms, services voluntarily. These services include, but which are not limited to: alterations and modifications to a firearm and its operation which may alter the operation of installed safety systems.

Risk Assumption

I (referred to as the Customer) am informed that modifications and alterations of firearms can be hazardous, with full knowledge of the dangers involved such as death, injury, dismemberment, and paralysis, I am willingly requesting that these activities take place, and I agree to shoulder all the risks of injury or death. By placing my signature on this contract, I hereby verify this statement. Considering the fact that this gunsmithing is being performed based on my direction, I agree hereby that I, heirs, my assignees, legal representatives, and guardians, will not sue, make a claim against, or attack the property of Chandler Tactical Firearms, individuals or any of its partners for injuries or damages resulting from negligence, regardless of the cause, either by Chandler Tactical Firearms, or any employee, agent, or contractor of Chandler Tactical Firearms, or any of its partners or individuals as a result from my request for alteration  or modification of a gun. Hence, I release Chandler Tactical Firearms, any of its employees, officers, affiliated organizations, and volunteers, from all claims, actions, or demands that I, heirs, my assignees, legal representatives, and guardians now have or may have hereafter for damages or injuries as a result of my request for alteration or modification to a gun as requested on the Work Order.

Condition Assumption
